Referral Process:

Step 1
Please call us or fill out the form below to inform us of your referrals.

Step 2
We will contact the referred individual and confirm their interest in availing our services. Once given a confirmation, we will begin the intake process.

Step 3
We will assign one of our professionals to perform a scheduled intake evaluation with the client.

Step 4
Upon its completion, we will assign a primary therapist for the client.

Step 5
Treatment sessions may begin based on the client’s convenience, in-line with our therapist’s schedule.
